Activity Stream translation

Hi there,
I´ve uploaded all translation files in the language folder of the theme and the bp installation. The most buttons in the activity stream are translated but some words over the postings weren´t translated like “…wrote a new post..” “commented on the post,” and so on. Is there a way to translate all words?
I hope you can help me. Thanks!
