Add 3.0 Custom Nav Menu Capability to Citizen Kane theme.

    @modemlooper, Can the Citizen Kane theme be updated to include custom nav menu and dropdown capability. I have searched and tried to do it myself but it does not show properly in the theme. If this is too involved I understand. Any help is greatly appreciated. Love the theme by the way. Thanks.

    If you hold out a bit I’ll update theme when BP 1.3 gets released, that version has custom navs built in. 1.3 should be coming soon.
