Add a “Create a Group” sub-nav to /members/me/groups ?

I can’t get clear on how to add a “Create a Group” link to the Groups sub-nav when a user is on /members/me/groups ?
At present, the “Create a Group” option os only seen at /groups/ but not when I access /members/me/groups/
