Add featured image to stream

    Hi all. I’m running 1.5.5 on 3.3.1. I’d like to include the featured image from each post in the activity stream. Any suggestions on how to achieve this? I’ve had a look back through the functions in bp-activity-template.php but figured I should be able to achieve this without making changes to the bp core.

    I’m having this same issue.

    How can we change buddypress so that the activity stream picks up the ‘featured image’ instead of the just the first embedded image in the post, which is the only image that will appears?

    Is there a plugin?

    At the moment I am having to include both an ’embedded image’ and ‘featured image’ within a blog post which results in the image appearing twice on the blog page.

    If I remove the ’embedded image’ only a link and excerpt of a published blog appears on the activity stream without a thumbnail image.
