Add "My Profile" Link to Drop Down Menu

I used the code provided here to add the link to my navigation, but how do I add it to a drop down menu. http://buddypress.org/support/topic/adding-dynamic-profile-link-to-main-menu-item/

I’m using the theme titled Leaf.
