Add new layer on mobile app of social network

Hi,
We want to have a social environment platform which we can manipulate in that way to add a new layer on native app mobile of it.
For example, adding companion bot, which is always on the corner of the social network and can integrate or read the social network content or intract with user of the social network.
I want to know as JS developer is Buddy press corect plugin for it ?best regards
