Add new user redirect

Is there a way to redirect to a buddypress profile automatically when adding a new user through the dashboard?
Currently when adding a new user I get redirected to the user list. I have a plugin installed which adds a link to users buddypress profiles from the user list but I am after solution which would mean admin could fill the new user form, click submit and then be in the buddypress profile to add content.
Can anybody help with this please?
