Adding a tab with specific pasted links in activity list

Hi,
I wonder if it’s possible to target certain type of links posted in the activity add that shows up in the user own specific tab for this purpose and be able to delete? That is one option.
The other is to add a tab where the user can add in certain links, that gets embedded and rendered, and he/she is also able to delete it. For example, I want to add my showreel or special video without having to upload it.
