Adding “Change cover image” features on custom page.

Hi, I’ve created an index page at /theme-child/buddypress/members/single/index.php
I would need to put “Change cover image” in this page.
I’ve pasted <?php bp_get_template_part( ‘members/single/profile/change-cover-image’ );?> but it only able to display:
“Change Cover Image
Your Cover Image will be used to customize the header of your profile.”
There is no uploader for me to perform the action. I got no idea why, anyone can save me from this problem please?
