Admin Bar Alternative Menu

As much as i like how buddypress has now intergrated into the wp admin bar, i still want to remove it, that being saId how would i go about adding the buddypress links to a custom menu to my website?

Yeah i knew that already but it doesnt help much, i can set my menus so they only show up for logged in or logged out users, i was hoping to be able to add my profile links and maybe notifications which work for each user logged in so as they can go straight to there profile pages, inbox pages etc

here is what I did I installed the buddybar and trimmed it by tweaking the php file and removing link options I dont need like extra avatar.
