Looking for an easy way to customize adminbar. Its such a useful tool i think that hasn’t been getting much attention. Would be great to see a plugin that will let you do all little things everyone has been asking about around the forums, replace logo, add/remove menus, css, etc. Have woo-like custom navigation options panel.

I’ve asked for a way to keep admin bar for admins when its turned off for users because it is so useful when managing a multisite cms.

Also place anywhere in template so that it might replace my own nav or at least supplement.
