Suppose I have buddypress installed on http://www.example.com, and wanted to create http://www.example.com/jobs as a subdirectory. Is it possible to have members from http://www.example.com, be logged on and be able to use http://www.example.com/jobs.

Basically, want to a create a second blog which is not part of my main buddypress, but is exclusively for members for my community.

If I can do this. How should I do this? Should the second blog also have a buddypress theme?
