after installation: you don´t have the permission to manage the widgets

Hi!
I´m quite new at wp, but I successfully installed wp3 and some widgets and customized a template. My problems started right now after uploading Buddypress and clicking on “Activate”: At once after clicking “Activate” I was beamed on a new site with white background and the information “you don´t have the permission to manage the widgets on this site” (if this sentence seems to be grammatically incorrect – sorry I just translated it at my own). I could´t login as Admin too – the same site (with the same piece of information as above) appeared. I could enter first after deleting all the buddypress files on server.
Can someone pls help me with this problem?
