after upgrade to 1.5.1 activity stream for ‘Joining group’ not working

After BP upgrade to 1.5.1 I noticed when a members joins a group, no link added to activity stream.
Is it a bug ? is it working for others ?
It used to work before not any more.
Also creating a new group doesn’t show up in activity stream
Nice to have both of these working
