Any recommendation for captcha plugin?

Hello,

Would like to know if there is any captcha plugin which you recommend can be installed on our BP site (1.6.1).

HI ,
you can use BuddyPress reCAPTCHA

Use https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-recaptcha/

the plugin work fine in bp 1.6 but you need to Edit the ‘bp-recaptcha.php’ file to make your settings.
read the installation faq of the plugin.
