Anyway to default setup new user created blogs with comment spam prevention tool?

    Hi there.. I have my main blog setup nicely to deal with splogs and comment spam. What worries me is that I don’t see any default setup for the newly created blogs that people are creating. Is there anything I can do on my end as admin, to set something up by default so that they don’t have to?
