Auto Activate User

Hi there,
I am facing an issue.
when the new user sign’s up. he/ she will receive an email to activate the account, till then the user is in the pending tab.
I dont want this process.
I wnat that when the new user sing’s up, his/her account is automatically activated.
is there is any setting in buddy press?
