Auto-fill profile field?

    Anyway to autofill a xprofile field froma a list of choices?

    Say I have a dropdown list in field_3
    1. MOBA
    2. FPS
    3. Strategy

    and a dropdown list in field_2
    1. DOTA
    2. Battlefield 4
    3. Company of Heroes

    Is it possible to make it such that if a user selects company of heroes from field_2, Strategy is automatically selected/assigned to him in field_3?
