Automatically Remove the 30 days older BuddyPress Post

Hi,
I am looking for a solution to remove the buddypress posts that are older of 30 days, making this automatically and without create problems in the DB.

From the Activity Dashboard, I can remove them manually without problems and removing a post also the media files attached to it (images) are removed properly from the disk and from the Data Base

I would a solution a plugin or a be able to make a script to add in crontab that can remove the old posts properly without create problems in the DB and removing its medias.

How can I do?
Can you help me?
