autotranslate xprofile field’s values.

I’ve got a single webpage with buddypress,and for example, my Spanish users fills a xprofile field with a country in Spanish. So then I translated the web with qtranslator and the english users are seeing the value in Spanish not english,so for example when the english user uses bp search form search, searches it in english not spanish.
I need it fixed!
Any solution!
