avatar does not show

Since some weeks, it i snot possible to show any avatar….any idea?
I tried to deactivate and activate plugin but no way…in the ftp all the folder have the picture..so the file exist…does not load…..
also i set in admin show avatar

Any help?

Can you try activating the Twenty Fifteen theme to see if them problem still happens?

Hi,

thanks to wait…i update WP now 4.1 and buddypress the last one….
i activate the fifteen themes…
But nothing change….no avatar…

any help?

OK, now with Twenty Fifteen activated, try deactivating all plugins you have installed and remove any custom code you may have in your bp-custom.php file (if you have one).

one thing more….if i activate the auto generate avatars..it works..but real avatar..NO :/
