avatar folder to one folder

normaly buddypress creat one folder for each member with his/her id

for example
wp-content/uploads/avatar/1/
that for user id number 1

i just want to upload avatars into avatar folder
please i need help for that
becoz my hosting doesn’t support it !..

please i need help

The upload structure needs to stay the same in case the avatar file names are duplicated by chance.

@wassimo – it would require a major rewrite of many files.
Much easier solution would be to find decent hosting.
