avatar for blog post

hi i want to insert in the blog the autor’s avatar i’ve read this 3d: http://buddypress.org/forums/topic.php?id=163#post-593
but if i use the code it print the avatar for the 2 autor but i want the avatar for the post autor in her post.
help me please! thanks!
