Avatar issue jump to bottom when clicked on crop panel

Hi Guys, I have an issue with avatar resizing in Chrome.
When new image file for avatar is loaded on user profile and crop avatar panel is opened to adjust avatar’s position and resize it, when I click on the selection on the crop pane to move selection, the page is suddenly jumping to the bottom of the page. The issue appears only when I try to move selection, it does not appear when I try to resize it.
Problem exists only in Chrome, in other browsers all looks fine.
I’m using wordpress 3.6.1 and buddypress 1.8.1.
