Avatar no image showing?

I have a problem with my site arduino.za.net if you look at the “recently active member avatar block” you will see that one of the members avatar is not displaying. I mentioned this before but didnt get an answer.
When examining the page source I see the img src
“”. How did this happen? What I need to do is force the avatar to point to the default mystery man. What I am looking for is help on which attribute in which table I stores the link to the avatar. Perhaps someone will know and it will save me the time of having to sift through the schema.My intention is to go and put a direct link to mystery man in the database for that user. Or is there something else anyone could suggest, especially if this has happened to them too.
