Avatar Upload Code

    Hi

    I am trying to find the code or a shortcode that will allow me to let users upload their avatar ( profile Picture ) from a separate page from their profile screen. I have setup a welcome page for the users when they first login and need the upload code for the avatar to allow them to upload their profile pic from this page.

    Any help would be appreciated.
