Bad Redirection after installing BP

Hi, i’m on WordPress 4.0 and Buddypress 2.1.1
and i’m having problems with my site, after I installed and activated the BP plugin I’ve been experiencing some bad redirections, in the “top bar” where it says “Register” redirected me to ‘www.mysite.com/www.mysite.com’ and other pages were redirected to the Home Page (such as /register).
I have no clue what is going on, all I know is that everything works normal if i disable the plugin.
