Bad username/password [i dont want user to go to wp-login] [Resolved]

    Okay guys I was just wondering to know if my clients enter a bad username and password, how can I make the login form to go back to the same page I mean the front end not the wp-login page and also how can I add a lost password? option right under my login form.

    Thanks a lot for all of yous efforts for helping me.
