What does that page normally look like? Is it supposed to be
this? https://ottiya.com/author/ottiyawordpress/

Do I need to merge /members/ottiyawordpress/blog with /author/ottiyawordpress?

members/username/ is generated by BuddyPress and author/username/ is generated by WordPress. You don’t have to merge them, they can live peacefully together without problems.
