Blog post comment Notification

    Is there any way to get a notification when there is a comment on a blog post?

    Whenever a comment is posted in a blog post the post author will get a notification. I am not talking about email notification, I am talking about the buddypress notification.

    Is there any hack/plugin?

    I also need it very much. I have found all threads on internet. There’s still no existing one plugin.
