Booklist maker

Hey,
I’m a member of a bookclub and I’m building a community. Now I’m searching for a plugin so that we can make one big list of all our books, and every member can add books to that list. They have to be able to fill in the fields: title, author etc. More fields have to be added. Does anyone know a plugin I can use for making this?
