BP 1.6 Beta1, WP 3.4, Multi-site Multi network & BuddyPress Group Directory Extras

    WP 3.4 BP 1.6 Beta1 and https://github.com/etivite/buddypress-groups-directory-extras.git
    Great Plugin
    On a local install, this works perfectly.
    Online, in the exact same configuration, it throws up an error (but only when “Display latest activity?” is checked)

    func_get_args(): Can’t be used as a function parameter in /home/valuser/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-activity/bp-activity-template.php 138

    If I disable “Display latest activity?” the error goes away and it does show a link to the groups forum

    I just don’t understand how it works on the local install ?

    Any ideas on how to get it to work online much appreciated ?

    “func_get_args(): Can’t be used as a function parameter” is actually a really useful error. Can you tell me what version of PHP is on your local web server, and the version of PHP on your production site?

    I’m betting you’ve got PHP 5.2.x on your production site, and PHP 5.3.x locally. This counts as a bug (congratulations!), so I’ll make a ticket.

    Yep.

    online – php 5.2.17

    local: Apache/2.2.14 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8l PHP/5.3.1 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1
