BP and bbpress on separate blogs

Hi,
I was thinking of migrating buddypress forums to bbpress. and moving later buddypress to another blog (we are running WPMU)
is it possible? I mean, will buddypress work OK with bbpress on a separate blog… with sharing all the users / logins / activity etc?
