bp-default theme options missing in 1.2.3?

I’ve been trying to help @stwc with his quest to have any component on the front page and I noticed that in the bp-default theme, the options page does not seem to get loaded on WP single. I know I’ve seen it because I previously was switching between the activity stream and the blog as the front page.
Was this disconnected at some point for a reason? The options.php file is still there in bp-default/_inc but I can’t find any hook or call that loads it up.

No, it’s just the simple theme options page that allows you to switch between blog and activity for your front page. Not too serious but missing none the less.
