BP “Improving Performance” Codex Page needs an update, perhaps?

Hi. So, I noticed that on the above-linked page, there was instruction to use either memcached or file based… but both the links it refers to are SUPER old.

@r-a-y, you’re somebody who A) I’ve talked to/seen posting recently and has edits on this codex page… could you lend a thought/hand? Even if just to say “No really, you should still download and use those old resources”.

You can update the page on the codex yourself, if you want. Just go to codex.BuddyPress.org/wp-admin/, go to Pages, and then find/edit this page.
