BuddyPress.org

So basically i turned of the wordpress admin bar an want to be able to add the menu items from it ( buddypress items, profile, groups etc) to my main menu, i tried using the plugin from modernlooper but it wont work with my theme as it operates via widgets and custom everything, i need to somehow get it so it shows up on the menus page so i can check and add it to any menu i want

any ideas?
