brand new install, admin bar missing on a couple pages and an error message

    This message I’ve noticed on two pages http://burfunkle.com/ and http://burfunkle.com/about/ admin bar is also missing from these pages.

    Brand new install wpmu 2.9.2 and 1.2.3

    The error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: remove_all_shortcodes() in /nfs/c05/h02/mnt/83241/domains/burfunkle.com/html/wp-includes/media.php on line 979

    Any idea what the problem is?
