Broken “post update” button

Hi all!
I have recently added buddypress activity stream onto my homepage: http://www.threemenandasite.com
Since moving things around to try and get it to look right the post update button has stopped working?! I fill in my post, press the button, and nothing happens?? This is the same when posting from my profile page aswell as the front page.
Any ideas?
