Broken things after 2.1 update (topic moved)

Thanks for all the work.
Updating from the last version before broke a bunch of things on our buddyPress site:
– header dropdown no longer works
– “quote” in forum replies no longer works
– private message no longer worksany idea why?
Running on WO 4.0, everything on latest versions
MOD EDIT: topic moved as you published it on a announcement. And give your theme name please.
