What browser and OS? I know Jeff mentioned that he couldn’t send me a PM in particular, but I got PM’s from other users almost daily so I know they do work. Jeff’s on a mac, but then again so are countless other users.
Regarding your comment in the blog, I’m sure bp.org will get some attention soon.

I just sent a test message to John, with whom I was having difficulties PMing two days ago. The message went through fine. No error messages this time. I have not heard back from him yet confirming that he did indeed receive it.
However, autocomplete is still not working for me even though John is a friend.
Now I see what you mean @BeLogical. I’ve had no problems of that sort until now. No PMs go through.

I am using the latest FireFox-browser, but I am quite sure this is not related to the browser being used. The PM-system has worked fine previously, something must have happened in the meantime……

I can confirm what everyone else is reporting.
Just tried to send a PM and got the same error as what BeLogical showed in his YouTube vid.
any updates on fixing the buggyness of this site?
