Buddy press page not dipalying as expected.

Hi

I am new to BuddyPress. I have installed the plugin and am trying to configure it.

When I try to visit some of the pages, they are displaying incorrectly, such as https://west5web-test.co.uk/activity/

Any idea what this might be?
