Buddypress admin seprate then the site admin

I need to have seprate buddypress admin who have the full rights of buddypress but not can logged in to dashboard. And there should be a seprate site admin for dashborad. Any Idia how I can achive this.

Not possible. BuddyPress doesnt’ use WordPress user roles or capabilities, so I don’t think we can do this granularly at the moment.
