buddypress as a MOOC platform

    Hi all,

    I wonder if BP is capable of supporting a Massive Open Online Course / MOOC? I saw many plugins that support any educational system something like BuddyPress Courseware
    .

    I know there are a specific open source project for MOOC like EDX, but I still want to build a simple platform.

    So my qestions:-
    – are BP capable of running A MOOC and can be scalable enough for a huge number of users.
    – any recommendation for a specific plugins or themes for A MOOC Project.
    – if we need a big data analysis will it be applicable in BP

    BP Courseware is no longer working on BuddyPress. Only older versions of BP will be able to run Courseware. Contacted the developer but he’s not sure if or when this plugin will be updated.
