buddypress bar

Hello everyone,
I love buddy press, but hate the buddypress bar (my account, notification, visit). is there a way i can just added all the options to my site like in the navigation bar?
also, in groups i dont see where you can create one it just says groups (my groups and invites).
sorry if this all sounds dumb, just really new and eager to learn.

Dive in! You really do need to have a basic grasp of HTML/CSS if you’re going to get anywhere with WP/BP.
