buddypress closed network

Hi there,
I´ve searched a lot for plugins etc. to get a solution. I have the following requirements and I´m looking for plugins etc. to do this:
Objective: A network for some sport clubs.
1. The entire buddypress-network should be privat (Login required).
2. The subscriber is able to start only one group (n groups but 1:1 subscriber:group).
3. Only the subscriber is able to invite to members to his group.Do you have any tips for me? Thank you in advance for your reply
