BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu

I installed BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu as it worked great to add things to the buddypress profile menu, however it also takes over the normal menu which i want different. I’m using the WPMU Dixi and wondering how i can allow the menus to run separate? Thank you.

I would contact the plugin author for this request since it deals with third party plugins and really has no bearing on the buddypress plugin.
