buddypress deactivated by host, now i cannot activate it on multisite

Hello,
i m using Buddypress on a Multisite installation. WP 3.3.1 BP 1.5.4
Today i tried to install Buddypress Ajax Chat but it didnt work and my website was down. Via FTP i was able to delete Ajax Chat but i needed the host to restart http://www.nellyville.at. They deactivated all plugins at the database and since then buddypress isnt running… All pages are not found… also the pages i created so i think they made something wrong in the databases….
