BuddyPress good for Feedback forums?
-
Hi all!
I am not yet a user of BuddyPress, but I am considering adding it to my WordPress installation. So far, I have been using uservoice as a solution for feedback forums for my services. The solution is good, but hardly customizable, and not for free.
I was consequently wondering of BuddyPress would be a good choice for replacement. What I would like to have is a user base coupled with WordPress (BuddyPress has that), and one main forum where people could post their feedback, ideas, feature requests… I also would like the users to be able to vote for each other’s ideas.
Do you think BuddyPress is a good solution for that? Shall I stick with uservoice / getsatisfaction likes? Shall I turn to bbPress only?
What’s your opinion about that? If some of you know of working examples, I would be happy to see them!
Thank you for your help!
Jeremy
