BuddyPress Group Admin Permissions

As the website admin, I am allowed to add a slideshow link from Photobucket and it shows a nice thumbnail and what it is and a link in the activity stream.
As a Group admin when I try to do the same link as above, all that happens is a link.
I have tried using the BuddyPress Activity plugin and when you click on the link to add the link. Nothing happens, but as a website admin, you can add the link and the nice thumbnail and description comes up on the activity stream.
Is there a certain setting I need to have for Group admins so they can do this?
