Buddypress Issue

    When I go to the members page on buddypress, it lists all my members. I click a name and it only goes to the activity listing for that member. How do I get the buddypress profile page menu to come up? Did it get removed in this version?

    I fixed that issue by editing the bp-custom.php. However the buddypress profile page sub menu is not appearing. Whether I use bp-custom.php or not. Any ideas?

    To make ‘Profile’ the default tag on a member’s page, put this in wp-config

    define( 'BP_DEFAULT_COMPONENT', 'profile' );

    We have no idea what you did or why.
    If the Profile subnav is not showing up, then you have some other problems, probably theme related.
    Change your theme to the WP 2012 and see if the problem exists.
    If not, it’s your theme or custom code.
